Cuming Clan Australia

Clan Cuming has a long history, stretching back some 950+ years to our ancestor Robertus de Comyn, who accompanied William the Conqueror in the invasion of England in 1066. This led to some 7 centuries of ups and downs as Scottish nobility.

In the mid 1800's James and Elizabeth Cuming saw better opportunities in Australia, emigrated, with his younger brother George, and prospered. Later James and George's brother Mari's grandson also emigrated to Australia.

Today their descendants are contributors in many walks of life.
